CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We do not refund payments, however a credit will be issued if given 24 hours notice before the scheduled course. Students who fail to attend the course are non-refundable.
All requests for withdrawal must be received by Trinity Safety one business day prior to course start date and no later than 4pm. Such requests must be made by phone, in writing or by e-mail (email: firstname.lastname@example.org).
Students who withdraw after class start date, late arrivals that are denied entrance to the class, or who fail to attend the class without notification, will forfeit the full course fee. Qualified substitutions will be allowed up to the course start date in lieu of forfeitures.
